Q&A: Does Worrying Equal Problem Solving?

Q: Does Worrying Equal Problem Solving?

A: Worrying and problem solving are totally different from each other.

Problem solving is where you evaluate a situation, make concrete steps for dealing with it, and then put the plan into action. Worrying goes in a different direction. It rarely leads to solutions. Regardless of how much time you spend dwelling on worst-case scenarios, you are no longer prepared to deal with them should they actually come about.
