Exercise and Be Happy

Exercise will cause the release of endorphins, these are known feel-good chemicals in the brain that will aid us in relaxing and feeling happy. Exercise is helpful for people who bite it from depression since it also gives structure and purpose to one’s day. Outdoor exercise that would expose one to sunlight is particularly beneficial since it impacts the pineal gland and directly enhances mood.

Exercise has some other benefits if you try to control your weight or lose some of it. For instance, the more you work out, the less you need to lessen your calorie intake to maintain your weight. It’s also healthy for the heart and it also guarantees that you replace fat with muscle, ending up in a more toned body. Exercise also prevents bone mass loss and the increased risk of osteoporosis that could take place if you’re dieting but don’t exercise.
