Hugging someone you love as much as four times a day can keep help prevent depression. Research shows that eight hugs a day will help you have robust mental stability, and 12 hugs a day will help the psychological development of an individual. Also, a certain study showed that hugs can reduce stress, give healthy sleep patterns and boost the immune system.
