mental health problems. Men and women alike can suffer from anxiety and it can
be triggered by anything from work to relationship problems.
Four million people in America suffer from phobias - a type
of anxiety - which are an irrational fear of anything from needles to air
travel to spiders. You need not be a nervous person in general to have any of
these problems.
