Coffee And Anxiety



A lot of people link caffeine intake to anxiety, fear and panic attacks. There may be some physical association with them, but it must be understood that caffeine is not the main cause for anxiety and panic attacks. The roots usually have to do with emotional wounds and traumas that require a much deeper healing than just getting rid of this stimulant.

Caffeine is a mere trigger of other deeper issues that must be addressed. You get real freedom when you find healing from the inner trauma that you may have experienced.

Samhainophobia


Samhainophobia is described as an intense fear of Halloween, and it can bring about panic attacks in people who have it. The word came from the old Celtic festival of Samhain, which marked the end of the Celtic year. They had this belief that the ghosts of the dead return to the Earth on this very day.
