Kissing Can Calm You

Kissing 
Kissing has been known to reduce anxiety and stop any feelings of being overwhelmed. Kissing increases oxytocin. Oxytocin refers to a calming hormone which boosts the feeling of tranquility. Feeling anxious?  Grab your partner and calm down.
